What this preview collects

The launch form stores your name, email, selected interest, consent and the page/source used to submit. Course, event, agent and community interest forms also store the selected topic and type so each request can be reviewed separately. If you create an account, the application stores a salted password hash, your name and email, and expiring sign-in sessions. Account activity can include orders, progress and support requests when those features are used.

Why it is collected

Launch interest is recorded for program availability updates. Account records support sign-in and learning access. The application does not send automated marketing emails in this preview. No advertising pixels or third-party analytics services are configured. Optional first-party measurement is described below.

Storage and access

Hosted application records use the connected Sites database. Authorized administrators can review launch interest and account operations. Planning tool inputs are processed in your browser and are not submitted to the server.

Your choices

You can ask to withdraw launch interest, correct information or request deletion by contacting info@crea8ivmedia.com. An operational retention schedule and formal production privacy terms must be finalized before public paid launch.

Optional site measurement

Optional measurement is off by default. You can allow or withdraw it using the controls in the footer. After permission, the academy records a small set of action names, public page paths, a hashed browser-session identifier and timestamps. It does not include your name, email, form answers, search queries, payment details or recordings. Identifiers are not linked to academy accounts. Records use a rolling 30-day reporting window; older records are removed during routine cleanup and reports are aggregated to authorized administrators. A session identifier is stored in session storage; your preference is stored locally. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control preferences keep measurement off. Withdrawing stops future measurement; previous records expire within the retention window.

Saved guides remain separate browser-local storage and are not included in measurement. No cross-device tracking or fingerprinting is used.

Cookies and external links

An essential HttpOnly session cookie keeps account users signed in. Session storage remembers whether you dismissed the launch notice. External founder, agency, WhatsApp and documentation links follow their own policies. No payment card details are collected. When enrollment opens, payment screenshots and transaction IDs will be stored privately for payment review and accessible only to the learner and authorized administrators.
